A 30% Deposit Is Required As A Downpayment To Book All Services, This Payment Will Be Deducted From Your Final Balance Due In CASH The Day Of Your Service.

Same Day Wig Creations Are An Additional $60, Same Day Coloring Services Are An Additional $70

Late

There Is A $10 Late Fee If You Are 10 Minutes Late, $5 Will Be Added Every 5 Minutes You Are Late And After 30 Minutes Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled.

 Rescheduling / Cancellations

Rescheduling Or Cancellations Are Allowed With Notification 24 Hours Prior To The Time Of The Appointment. All Cancellations Must Be Voiced Through Email To @​MyyKino.Co@gmail.com​ or @​Kino.Kollection@gmail.com

Unsatisfaction

If For Any Reason You Are Unsatisfied With Your Service, You Have 48 Hours To Notify Me For Any Adjustments, This Policy Includes Wig Creations And Lash Set Applications ONLY. Please Note ALL HAIR COLORS ARE FINAL. (You Will Be Updated Throughout The Coloring Process To Ensure You Are Content With The Outcome.)

    

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HAIR DROP OFFS !

1. B.Y.O.B - Bring Your Own Bundles. No Hair Will Be Provided By Me Unless Stated Otherwise.

2. Unused Bundles, Closures & Frontals are PREFERRED But Not Required. Used Hair Must Be Washed, Cleaned (all glue & thread removed) & Dried Prior To Being Dropped Off.

3. Used Hair Must Also Be Sorted Out By Lengths Prior To Drop Off.

4. Processing Time Does Not Begin Until Your Hair IS Dropped Off, Please Be Respectful Of My Working Time.

5. 3 Bundles Is The Minimum Requirement For All Wigs 10-24 inches.

6. 4 Bundles Is The Minimum Requirement For All Wigs 26-30 inches +

Failure To Comply With These Requirements Will Result In Additional Fees Added To Your Service.
